Backcare

Yoga is excellent for those people who suffer from back problems. Elizabeth completed a Yoga and Backcare Course with the International Yoga Teachers Association in 2000 and offers a popular Backcare class.

Elizabeth uses gentle yoga stretches to strengthen and stretch the back. She combines breath awareness and relaxation techniques to ease backaches and pain. Both the Gentle Yoga & Relaxation and the Backcare classes are a gentle introduction to yoga if you are struggling with your weight, are pre/postnatal, suffering from migraine, arthritis or other painful ailments.

Parking is available at the top of the property with a short walk down the driveway to the yoga room below. Please contact Elizabeth if you have accessibility issues and need to park closer to the entrance, in the lower car park. Elizabeth also has pregnant ladies in her classes and adapts the posture for them accordingly.

Backcare Yoga Class: Mon 5.45 pm – 1 hour 15 min – $180 per 10-week term
