Meditation

This meditation class has the capacity to have a profound effect on your daily life. It can bring you into contact with a deep reservoir of peace and harmony. Elizabeth teaches a variety of different techniques. Through trial and practice you can learn which method suits you best to achieve the deep relaxed state enabling you to draw energy and perspective in your life

$20 per session or 2 sessions for $30.

Two of the techniques Elizabeth teaches to focus and calm the mind are ‘Awareness of Breath’‘ and ‘Mantra’‘. You will learn to combine the breath with a mantra, e.g. Om or So Ham “I am that”. Another popular technique taught is ‘Trataka’ – concentrated gazing on a candle flame. Practiced regularly it develops concentration which is a vital preliminary to meditation. ‘Walking Meditation’ and the use of a ‘Mala’ are also other techniques she can introduce to broaden your meditation pallet.
