This is a specific relaxation class to learn techniques to release stress and tension in the body and mind. It is ideal for those who suffer from anxiety, stress or pre-exam jitters. Prenatal yoga instruction is also included in this gentle class.
In this class we do one hour of a combination of breath work and gentle yoga stretches to promote relaxation, followed by half an hour of deep guided relaxation using breath and visualisation.

Gentle Yoga & Relaxation Classes: Thurs 6.45 pm – 1hour 15 min: $180 per 10 week term.
