What is yoga therapy?
Yoga Therapy draws on all the tools of yoga including bodywork, stretching and strengthening breath work, meditation, relaxation and more. Yoga Therapy can empower you to find balance physically, mentally and emotionally.

Yoga Therapy is good for those struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, weight loss, anxiety, migraine, grief, recovering from illness or individuals who would simply prefer one on one tuition.

A Yoga Therapy session can be anything from tailored meditation practice to an extensive yoga program designed to support other therapies you may be having. Each session is designed to meet your individual needs.

Elizabeth is a qualified Yoga Therapist having completed the Australian Association of Yoga Therapy Course and is a member of both the Australian and International Yoga Therapy Association.
